How We Do It

A. Consult

We meet up with the management team of the organization to discuss the organization’s vision, mission and skills development goals. We’ll determine expected outcomes, employee succession plans, future promotions and expected new roles, tasks and projects as well as the budget allocated towards skills development.

B. Assess

Each employee or participant will undergo a career assessments, personality tests and overall business skills evaluation on a business simulation to get a better understanding on current performance levels and area of improvements.

C. Recommend

Based on the information gathered in the initial consultation with management and the results of the assessments, well will create a customized and industry specific training programme with different theoretical and experiential knowledge modules for each participant in line with the organization’s vision, mission and skills development goals.

D. Implement

We will commence with the programme execution map and individual training after the training programme for each employee or participant has been completed. Depending on the execution map, training can take up to 10 weeks. Our methods ensures no disruption in every day business activities.

E. Evaluate

Upon completion of each training programme, we will re-evaluate each participant to determine if the requirements set out in the consult by the organization has been met. If not, we will re-assess and retrain the participants until ALL the outcomes have been met.
